Terms of Service
In order to protect ourselves, we have to have some regulations in place. If you wish to discuss these terms more in depth, you can always contact us.
payment
In general, 50% of the total cost of the project will be needed before work can be started. This allows us to buy the materials and pay our wonderful team until the project is finished. After we complete the job, you will be billed for the remaining 50%.
Payments must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the bill or you will be subjected to an interest rate of 5% per day. But don't worry, we'll remind you if it starts to get close to the 30 day mark. If you have not paid your remaining balance and there's only 5 days remaining, we will email you so you don't forget!
All jobs are slightly different and some might require the payment process to be different. If this is the case, we will discuss this will you and put the special payment agreement into writing.
Checks
Checks are our preferred method of payment. When making out the check please make it out to Himstedt Improvements, LLC.
If the cost of a project is over $5,000, we ask that you pay via cashiers check.
Pictures
Pictures are an important way for us to showcase our work and grow our business. We reserve the right to take and share pictures of any job that we do. You are also welcome to send us any pictures take!
If this is an issue for you please contact us, we can come to a mutual agreement for your specific case.
You are also free to repost and use any photos that we take or share on social media! Just be sure to credit the work to us. We greatly appreciate it!
